You can pay for your order using your Tabby( 4 interest free installments), KNET, credit/master card, or in cash on delivery in Kuwait only.

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?
No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.
Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment service.
DELIVERY RELATED :
How long does it take to for my order to get delivered?
- For orders placed from Kuwait - within 2 business days.
- For International orders - within 7-10 business days.
To avoid any delay, please make sure to put the complete address details and
contact number while placing your order.
How can I track my order?

Can I open and try the products before I pay for the order?
Due to hygienic reasons, you can’t try any of the beauty products.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Our customers may exchange or return their purchases within 30
days from the delivery date of the order under the following terms and
conditions:
1. The goods to be replaced or returned are in good condition and it was not open as
well as attached to the original purchase receipt.
2. The goods to be replaced or returned are not matching the ordered product
and/or have defects and/or defects that are not apparent at the time of
purchase.
For orders
outside Kuwait, customers desiring to return an item/order due to a change of
mind will ship and bear the cost of return (Returns may be shipped via, DHL
services).

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we accept orders from all over the world. The delivery costs vary depending on the destination.
How long does it take to receive my order internationally?
Once your product has shipped, it usually takes 2 to 3 business days in France, 3 to 7 in Europe. 5 to 15 for the rest of the world. If you have not received your products, feel free to contact us using our contact page.
