We offer Free delivery on all local orders over KD25. The free delivery discount is applied automatically in cart when the KD25 threshold is reached.
We deliver to all areas, including industrial areas. Deliveries are fulfilled during business days excluding Friday.

Free delivery is valid on purchases made on hanandashtishop.com only. Free next day delivery is valid on all purchases. Free delivery will be automatically applied to qualifying orders at checkout
Hanan Dashti Cosmetics offers rates KD 4.310 and above according to shipping address. Note that shipping cost may fluctuate based on daily changes in exchange rate. Where available, you will be able to select your preferred shipping method at checkout. The shipping costs provided does not include import duties, taxes and applicable fees. Cash on delivery option isn’t available for international orders.
All orders ship Saturday through Thursday, excluding public holidays within Kuwait.
· Hanan Dashti Cosmetics does not deliver orders to Israel or Palestine.
· Qatar customers are required to provide necessary documents such as the I.D. card number or passport number in accordance to Qatar new custom rules.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email. The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. To further track your shipment internationally and locally, you can contact our Customer Service. We value you as a customer and your satisfaction is very important to us, please note that we will gladly replace any item that may have been damaged during shipping. Returns and refunds are eligible when the invoice is provided and within 14 days after the delivery.
Although try to accurately display our products on www.hanandashtishop.com, we understand that it may be difficult to color match these products online. If you’ve purchased any of our products and you’re unhappy with the product, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days from delivery of your order, provided that the product is in new condition.
